Plex Server 1.18.1.1973 Doesn't Properly Sort Library Items as Configured

I am attempting to sort episodes by absolute numbering. You will first notice that a message says that it cannot be saved:

720×567 109 KB

However, attempting a 2nd time passes and the desired setting is applied when re-opening edit:

710×559 93.7 KB

However, however :joy: the items in the library do not sort as configured:

978×511 488 KB

Known issue?
