I have the Plex server set up but we can only have 15 members I have 36 members of my family all assigned to a Plex account with each of them sharing how can I add more or can I buy another Plex pass without setting up another server to add more than 15 on the account why is there only a limit to 15 and one guest account Is there a way to have all 36 members have their own account with my one server Maybe they can add a different lifetime pass for like $2000 with unlimited amount of people or do we just keep buying the $200 ones to add more members I guess I’m just not really sure on why there’s a limit can you help
Sorry there is no way to get more Plex Home users for your account. Plex Home is meant for folks you actually live with in your home and we feel that 15 is more than generous for the vast majority of users.
You can share your servers libraries with other Plex accounts without them being in your Plex Home. Sharing is free.
