Plex Server appears offline on local network

Server Version#: 1.20.2.3402-0fec14d92
Player Version#: 7.6.1

Server running on Windows 10. Plex app works on Roku and Fire Stick.
Plex app on iPhone and iPad shows server is “offline.”
iPhone and iPad appear in list of “authorized devices.”

All devices had been working fine, abruptly changed 1 week ago. No new router or firmware upgrade that I am aware of. Server hard-wired to Eero. Roku and Fire Stick are wireless. All devices connect to same wireless network.
I’ve reinstalled app on devices - no change. Seems like only iOS devices are blocked? FYI, iOS 14 - but were working fine with iOS 14 prior to last week.

Any ideas?

Same issue on my local network with Plex Media Server Version 1.20.2.3402-0fec14d92 on macOS and Plex client v7.6.1 on my iPad with iPadOS 14.0.1. My iPad shows server is “offline.”
