IOS App and Web Browser can't connect to Plex Server

I’m unable to connect to my Plex server using IOS devices. Neither the App nor web browser access will work. After logging into Plex the MORE dialog off the main menu shows the server OFFLINE.

I can connect to the Plex Server using a PC or Roku box on my local network. I do NOT use remote access.

I have rebooted the server, rebooted my network router / switches and the offending devices. I reinstalled the PLEX App on my IPAD and that did not help.

The IOS 16.6 update just came out this morning, so I applied that and the failure is the same.

Thoughts on what to try next?

I’m having something similar that just started to happen on my iPhone, iPad and Apple TV - trying to watch certain movies and the CPU for Plex Media Server (running on Windows) climbs through the roof and sits at 90-95% (even through it’s a direct play file). Even more strange is the Plex dashboard shows “Nothing is being played” (yet the movie continues to play on my iPad).

Issue is RESOLVED. Found that an update to my security program newly blocked some access by default. Updated the network rule and things are back again.
