I have a device that is authenticated and currently accessing content. I wish to remove this device, however it is not listed in my “Authorized Devices”. And yet… I can see that this device is currently watching content as I type this. It is an Amazon FireTV (an Android device, obviously). How can I “de-authorize” this device given that it isn’t listed? Thanks in advance!

Only the Plex user who is logged in on that device can de-authorize it from his account.
If you added the user to your Plex home, you can use “Switch User” to become that user and make this change.
If it is a regular Plex Friend, you should rather cease to share with the user in question than trying to micro-manage this user’s devices.
