Plex server can't be found on iOS / Android

@ChuckPa as you were very helpful last time - after updating my dns settings (which resolved random server stops) now makes Plex server unavailable.

This applies to new iOS / Android devices I aim to connect to my server. Any thoughts how to fix this?

Did the regular steps, but keep getting the message the server is unavailable. Where as the already connected clients don’t have any problems

@FordGuy61 Any thoughts on your end? Or is it a complete reinstall of PMS? Cauz I can still find my plex shares in the network - just the applications dont seem to find the plex server
