Unable to find client profile for device

I get this every 10 seconds in my log file.

What’s causing this? I would think Windows 10 would be completely supported…

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=windows, platformVersion=10, device=, model=standalone

Having the exact same in my logs as well, everything seems to be working alright I guess at least

Some of my movies/tv shows have buffering issues also. Not sure if its related.

im having this also. I notice it when i try to filter tracks by 0 plays. Nothing is getting saved. This is happening on desktop client windows 10, i had to switch back to web

I just updated my Plex server for the first time in a long time, and just started having major problems as well. I looked in the console when trying to play something and see this error.

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Vizio SmartCast, platformVersion=8.0.20.3, device=, model=E43-E2

Videos won’t play when they played fine just a few hours ago before I updated the server. I was basically forced to update the server because it crashed and I had to reinstall so I don’t know what version it was that worked, but my server is now 1.18.2.2058

And the truly weird thing, it works fine from the web browser, on my phone and when I chromecast to that same TV that has issues if I am in the Plex app…

I am having the same issue:

I believe that its complaining about the Plex App on my Smart TV from the LG Content Store.

Can I turn this off somehow?
