My interface has just changed to some horrible pasty grey sort of colour. It used to be black and high contrast now its just horrid. Why? How can I make it go back?
In short, no. That’s the new design that someone at Plex decided to implement.
Long version is search forum, for similar topics, suggestions or feature request to bring back old version.
You might as well get used to it, because from what I can see, whoever made decision is sticking with it and not responding to requests.
There is an option called stylish which will allow you to revert back.

Thanks guys I’m so glad PLEX thinks making if difficult to use by people with visual impairment is such a blast. We have laws in Europe to stop this kind of exclusion.
Darn of course I can’t get Plex to work in Firefox so that’s out. 
But is does in Chrome
