Plex server connection drops locally and remote

Ever since my synology Plex docker crashed I rebuilt the library and docker on a new host but things were never quite the same anymore. I have users telling me their connection stalls, drops after 10 minutes of play so I decided to play my media locally using Plex client on iOS as well and I noticed this once too last night while I was playing my media. I’m at a lost of how to debug this as this has been going well for me for a long time until I rebuilt the docker with the latest versions.

I’ve attached the logs from my server and the time around the fault is 7:36 GMT, goldserve playing a video using iOS client on iPad.
