Plex Server connection on PC and Media on NAS

Hi
I have seen lately when i browse my Plex server from Web or TV is shows No files on Server
If i restart the Plex Server in Workstation … nothing happens
Update libraries - Nothing happens
If i Restart the NAS - Filestructure comes back again.
The NAS is an older DS412+ but works fine with all other Apps i have on it.
So its only the share with Mediafiles thats the issue… And my Workstation has Network connection to this share all the time.

any ideas ?

Try this, use any browser other than MS EDGE to manage PLEX. when Edge was default browser and i connected to plex server, I always got install PLEX SERVER when I already had. As soon as I changed default to Chrome all was normal again.

Sounds like your Windows is losing its connection to the NAS, thus the files aren’t actually available because the mount is not active.

Yeah … thought about that as well…
Even tried to renew the Identity Token
Didnt help
Restart of the PC doesnt help either
Only Restart of the NAS.
Might be a service inside that looses connection
but it has been working for ages. without this issue
