I have run Plex Server since I finally got it working about the middle of last December. Everything was working fine. Even worked with PIA VPN when I setup a static IP for my Mac and port for public for Plex server on my Arris Network router from Spectrum. I did not change the “private” port or Plex server port which is still: 32400. Server stayed up constantly all day every day for weeks until this afternoon when suddenly it disconnected and I couldn’t get it to reconnect and stay connected. After displaying “Fully accessible outside your network” for 3 to 5 seconds, it would lose the connection and display “Not available outside your network.” I’ve tried about 50 times today to get it connected and it constantly disconnects. I haven’t change any of my setting on the Plex server, my Mac or the router. I tried using the router settings with Norton and VPN turned off and it didn’t make any difference. Any ideas?
