Starting my third thread about this topic, Plex Server running on Windows 10 continues to make my media not available once a week. I quit the server and restart and everything works fine. I can reliably reproduce this every week. Provided numerous log files, is there any update on this issue?
Any help appreciated, not super fun paying for Plex Pass when I have to restart so often, and only find out when I sit down and am ready to start watching something.
@exuberantShadow you mentioned this was being looked at in my last thread, are there any updates? This continues to happen to me, once a week. Would it be helpful for a Plex dev team member to be remote into a server where this is happening so they can see it?
Understood. I appreciate your reply, and I am sure you and Plex don’t care, but at this point, I will just cancel my Plex Pass and find a solution that works.
Again, I am not a Plex employee or have any contact with a Plex employee. I am just a regular user like you that faced the same issue and has since primarily moved to Emby.
Thanks. I’m an idiot. I got my wires crossed and confused you with a Plex employee who was helping me at one point. I’m also headed to either Emby or Jellyfin. Will update this thread later to help others
