Plex Server Crashes every 3 to 4 days

Player Version#:Unsure there are several users that use the system

This has been happening every 3 to 4 days and seems to have started when I setup the HDHomeRun Quad DVR, not sure it is related though. Any help would be greatly appreciated

my mac mini is crashing also, more frequently. I too have HD HomeRun, a little older, I have 2 separate tuner box for a total of 4 avail tuners.

Did you find anything to help you yet?

You are the only response I’ve had so far, I hope they can figure it out from the logs that I’ve attached.

Guys check your Mac mini logs.
Library/DiagnosticReports
The Library is the hidden one in the “Go” menu, just hold down the Option Key.

That path doesn’t exist areyou sure you got it right, Dictionaries is all that I see under Library. Also not that it matters but I’m on an iMac Pro.

Here is the next crash log dump from Plex Server it just crashed again.

Another thing that is happening is that if I try and watch any content that was ripped from the HDHomerun, it reboots my iPhone, I can watch any movie that is on the plex server without issue, it is what is coming from the HDHomerun.

It is related to scheduling of recordings. I can see crashes occurred on 9th December, 19th, 20th, 24th and 2nd January

I am referring to the development team. I have located the crash report for the 2nd January logs you provided

Thank you. crash for 4th january is same as that for 2nd january

On next crash could you also grab the Apple TV plex app log through the browser to http://192/168.1.4:32500/logging
(https://support.plex.tv/articles/212639598-apple-tv-logs/)
copy and save into text file and upload with next set of logs

After that could you try not to use the Plex for Apple TV for a while and see if the crashes stop

I can look for the crash reports if crash reporting is enabled but would need the server logs covering times of crashes - so please run with debug logging enabled and also crash reporting enabled and after next crash and relaunch, download the logs and attach the zip here

Beta 1.15.1 has potential fix for these crashes. Could you update to latest beta 1.15.1.791 and let me know if the crashes stop
