Consistent crashing on AppleTV 4k with Mac mini

I’ve had an issue ever since upgrading to the new Mac mini (i5, 6 core, 32GB ram). Every so often the stream will just crash and I’ll have to go back into the video and start it again. This happens a few times an hour. On the AppleTv, I’ve tried the official Plex App, SimpleX and now I’m trying Infuse. All result in the same issue. I’ve reset the router, Mac mini, AppleTV and my switch multiple times, but the issue has persisted for over a month.

I’ve attached the logs. Any help here is great appreciated. For reference, my most recent crashes happened January 1 at 20:56 and again at 20:59
