Plex Server crashes when deleting a recorded DVR show

Whenever deleting an episode from Plex, wether from the web UI or from Finder, the Plex Media Server app crashes (doesn’t close, but becomes unresponsive and has to be force quit.) Any ideas on how to fix this? (Or any additional information I can provide to help troubleshoot this?)
