This has been an issue for a while. Still an issue with 1.13.6.5339.
If I delete 3-4 recorded shows (including all episodes) sequentially in the PMP for Mac, it will crash my PMS instance on my Synology NAS. Then, I must restart the package.
Running on a DS1817+ with latest Synology firmware. DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2

I found the crash report and will refer it to the development team
Having logs would make it easier to find the bug
