Plex Server Crashing during maintenance/transcoding on Mac M1

My Plex Media Server crashes on Mac M1. I restrict the maintenance time to run overnight (no viewers active) and it is always crashed in the morning. Any suggestions? Logs attached.

Am I posting this in the wrong forum? I’m surprised at the lack of any support or suggestions from a problem that obviously is affecting a lot of people.

Thanks for nothing… I’ll just put in a script to restart the server every time it crashes…
