Plex server crashing with newest update on ReadyNAS 2304 and iPhone app

I am running Plex - latest version on a ReadyNAS 2304. I can perfectly play files on the web version of plex. However, when using my iPhone running 6.7.2, when I try to play TV shows, the server actually shuts off PLEX on the server app. I have no idea what is going on.

I am not sure what file from the log to upload - the one labelled plex crash uploader says 0 bytes.
