Plex server died with the last update. HELP ME PLEASE.

I upgraded to the latest version of the server and now I can not access or from the LAN ( LANIP : 32400 / web ) and from plex.tv not find my server. The failure comes when installing the 1.1.3.2700-6f64a8d version ( August 31 ) on my Synology DS1815+.

I need help. :frowning:

Please attach the Plex Media Server log file (all of it). I see there is another error there. I need to see what that is as well.

Let’s go with the standard “restart the Synology” step first. (yes, i know, that’s odd).

Then we’ll start Plex and see what it does.

It’s not running because there is something else running on it’s ‘port’ (32400). That’s what the “Address already in use” error is

Already solved. I restarted the NAS 3 times without results. A moment ago I selected turn off instead of restarting . When it’s off completely what I and magically rekindled has returned to work.

The case is running smoothly until the update. I cross my fingers to keep it running well .
