Plex Server Disappeared

My Nvidia Shield TV Plex Server stopped showing LiveTV and DVR. On the Plex app on the Shield, it wouldn’t even connect to the server, although it was running. I ended up signing out on the Shield and reconnected, but there were two Shield TVs listed, so I deleted the one that wasn’t connecting. Now it seems to work ok on the Shield (except I can’t record anymore), and now I can’t see the server at all on the web app or the Mac app. I’m not sure what to do. Help!

I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Plex server on a PC, then I was able to log in through the web login and claim back my missing Plex server. Then I deleted the PC Plex server and I’m now back in business!
