Paled Media Server missing upon device restart

I’ve been having nothing but problems with Plex on the Shield TV Pro (2019) since the thing released. Every once in awhile the server just stops working. It disappears. This is really frustrating as I usually can’t get it working again without completely deleting everything to include watch history, cover art, custom episode names, etc. it has never been this bad for me before which is why I’m here since I can’t find other technical support options.

All while on the Shield, I uninstall the Plex server app, reinstall, restart the device, load up the Plex app, and then it recognizes that I now have a server and it’s up and running. I can’t access it through the web though, which is a big problem. Can’t add libraries or anything like that. So, I restart the device once more…and now the server is gone. Poof. I’ve done this about four times in a row now. In the Plex app’s settings there’s a header for the server between “SUBTITLES” and “ADVANCE” but it’s just not there. No server option anymore or storage location option. Just a blank header that reads “PLEX MEDIA SERVER.” No way to select it and turn it on or off. It’s just gone.
