Plex Server disconnects

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876 Plex web General = 4.47.3
Player Version#: 1.25.0
Strangely when I open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/settings/web/general = Version 4.47.3
When I open https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/web/general = Version 4.49.2

I have a strange situation that When I reboot my PC (with Plex Mediaserver) and login, Plex is not working. Server is disconnected and I can’t see my library’s.
When I look in my Windows tray my Plex server is there and it looks like it’s started.
Then I right click on the icon ==> Open Plex (see image) then everything is working again until I reboot.Plex Media Server Logs_2021-01-11_19-46-58.zip (1.2 MB)

The one hosted by us is almost always newer.

the only error/warning I see in server log is it failing to map ports for remote access about 10 seconds after launch but it seem to resolve itself pretty quickly after that.

You listed the desktop app version number 1.25.0 is that the app you are trying first? Can you provide those logs

those seem to the the logs for our very old app from the Windows app store.

if you open the start menu and copy/paste in

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\Logs\

then it should bring you to the folder that has the desktop app logs.

I don’t know why, but It seems like this logs are not modified since 2 days ago.
I added the file Plex.log (149.0 KB)

I have an update from today.
I opened Plex media server on my on my PC.
All my Libraries were available.
I opened Plex on my PC. All my libraries were available.
I opened the Android App on my phone.
I could not open my Libraries, connection was lost. When I got back to my PC all connections were lost. Plex Media Server and Plex.
I will now reinstall the App and see if that helps.
