Third time my server disappears - frustration is starting to turn to will to quit

Server Version#: 4.141.0
Player Version#: Web, Android or Windows

Its now the third time in a few months that after organizing 1000+ movies and using Plex in all platforms, intranet and internet, suddenly when opening player says server not connected.

I go to my plex media server and he simply vanished
If I try to add media it says get plex media server as if its not installed and if I click the link I get the errors as the attached screenshot

Only way to solve this is to completely uninstall plex media server, clean all registry, reinstall and add media again.

Can someone please try to help me figure what is happening because I am about to give up using Plex as my media server.

On the 1st screenshot, the sidebar navigation still displays the „More“ section which could list the libraries of your server.
If you’re mainly using the web app to access your server… do you have any browser add-ons deleting cookies or app settings for pages? This could include the deletion of the web app customizations, incl. which libraries were added to the sidebar.

Not sure about the other screenshots. I suppose there might be some firewall/security tool blocking the plex.tv/downloads page from reading the list of available downloads. Can you access that link from a different browser on the same machine or an entirely different machine inside/outside your home network?

I managed to solve it.
The problem had to do with the DNS servers I am using - in this case it was automatic using the DNS from my provider - I changed to Google DNS servers logged out - logged in back again and it showed up.

Probably my ISP was blocking anything to my adress?
