Plex Server doesn't do Direct Play anymore

Server Version#: 4.61.2 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Player Version#: 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4 Plex for Windows

Suddently Direct Play doesn’t work anymore. Also when transcoding the server doesn’t do HW Transcode. I’ve got an i7-9700 which did fine until a couple of days ago.

I noticed that the HW Transcode works when turning off the HDR Tone Mapping option.
But still no direct play.

if transcoding did work, please verify debug logging is enabled , verbose is off.

Recreate the failure,

Attach ZIP logs.

Hi Chuck,
after some testing in different locations I found out that my ISP blocked the Plex Stream.
At home i have a Vodafone Cable Internet. At a friends house with Telekom DSL Direct Play worked flawless.
