I have been a customer since the beginning and over the past few months, I have had issues everywhere I turn with Plex. I am getting extremely frustrated.

I am currently connected to my server on my home computer. I go over to my few week old Firestick and try to install plex. Server not found. Server Version 0.9.7.13 or higher required.
I have had issues on my ps4 not being able to connect to the server. What is going on?
Which device is PMS running on? What’s the OS & version ?
It sounds like you have something extremely old loaded somewhere making it think it’s 0.9.16.6 or before (these will not work)
I am running Windows 10 version 1083
i just did a windows update it might have been to that version.
To which version of PMS? I’m sorry but I need more information about what’s going on, what you had, and what you have now.
Wwhat is the sequence of events as best you can describe it?
I am the linux guy so can only help so far. If it’s not something basic, I will get the windows guys to jump in. They will need the same info I am requesting now.

Both say up to date.I did just update windows however I am unsure how to find what version I was previously running.
I just uninstalled Plex on firestick after having updated my Windows. Still no server found. With it saying i need a 0.9.7.13 or higher PMS message.
My PMS says I am online.
