Server logs might help; you can collect those from your file system if you can no longer download them through the web app (see instructions in the link)
Given how many reports are coming in as to how catastrophic the latest version is, perhaps the code should be put under the microscope?

Without logs we have no clue whats going on. Could be database corruption, which is my first bet. When you hit a corrupt database its just a matter of time till it breaks. (Plex should probably add database monitoring and reporting, but thats a feature improvement)
I went back to the previous version and it works fine. It’s the latest build that crashes. Hopefully they fix that in the next build.
