I just want to update this with what I have done - I completely wiped all traces of Plex on the Windows Server (uninstalled, removed all registry information, and deleted all files). I started a new server and it is still not allowing new users and new devices to access.
Could this be an account issue?
I wanted to see if there was anything that can be done for this issue. I am still experiencing it. Is it normal for the Plex server to say nearby when you are controlling the server it is running from?
I’ve checked everything I could and there is nothing wrong with your account. Your server is published properly and I can ping it so it is there. But something is preventing access. I have one last idea, sending via PM.
