Since some time I have a strange problem.
I have segveral media libraries. In one I have 8 directories.
Exactly one of them plex scans all the time. It says it has found changes in this directory (Match found for whatever …) but nobody changed it.
I already deleted the directory and re-created it. Nothing changed.
And because of that I think it’s not reading title meta data from mp4 files for another of these 8 directories (there are mp4 files in with correctly set title meta tag).
It’s neither reading the jpg file which has the same name as the mp4 file nor the mp4 title meta data.
I don’t have a problem it’s scanning all the time for nothing. But I have a problem with the fact that I don’t see video preview images anymore (see first picture). Normally if there is no jpg file next to the video file Plex generates some random picked image.
