Hi guys sorry for my newbie question.
But i haven´t found any kind of feature yet on the PMS for multicast.
So my question is, is plex capable of running in a Multicast network?
i will explain the scenario.
i have a small network running in Multicast IGMP V2 with snooping where i have around 15 IPTV channels beeing broadcasted.
Using STB android equipment i can access this channels nicelly in multicast UDP.
But plex i need a valid ipv4 in order to connect to Plex server. using the PlexXBMC plugin i have setup on my android STB.
Can i configure a non valid 239.1xx ip for Plex server to run it in multicast also?
all my devices accessing Plex are inside the Same Multicast network non valid ip address.
If this is possible, any hints on how to set it up for plex server?
