Plex Server No Longer Found After Latest Update

After a year of trouble free use my PMS suddenly vanished after updating to the latest version. Synology shows that Plex is running, but none of my devices can find the server. Tried starting and stopping PMS and shutting down and restarting the Synology DS 216+II.
Is this a known issue with the latest version of the server software?

Deleting the PID and Preferences worked. Thank you for the assistance.
