Plex server no longer seeing my laptop

All my pinned folders now have the orange triangle. (meaning not available) When I click on one of them, it shows app.plx.tv is unable to connect to “Desktop” securely.
Per the Help screen, it suggests going to Settings>Server> Network, but I have no such settings in “Settings”.

Any advise would be appreciated. I made no changes to Plex , or my laptop. Rebooting did not resolve.

In the screen suggesting “not connecting securely” was a prompt to download “Plex for Windows”. I did that, and the problem disappeared.
