Plex server says its running under processes but the browser page doesn’t load. Devices cannot find server even in the same wifi network. Uninstall / Reinstall with Plex Server download does not fix it. Anyone know of a fix or does Plex need to update the Server for Windows?
When you say this, does it not load at all (i.e. page not found) or does it just not find your server?
The browser page doesn’t load at all. If you check task manager, it says Media Server is running. But no devices can find the server on the same network. Tried uninstall / reinstall and its just the same. So I’ve lost total use of Media Server.
I am running PMS on Windows Server 2016 with all updates and I am not having this issue.

Having same issue, since September when loading server I get message below, I have tried 3 alternative browsers, check settings in firewall but still no joy - I have even re-installed plex media server 3 times.
I am seeing this issue across multiple threads so definitely an issue somewhere.

Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
Check whether your network connection has been set to public instead of private.
Should it be private?
Sorry dumb question. My network was set at public. I switched to private. Rebooted. Didn’t fix the problem. Still will not load the browser page even thought it says its running.
Tried on both private and public, checked the firewall permissions also for the server
