Plex server not adding new file

Server Version#: 1.15.4.994 Running on Unraid
Player Version#:
Despite trying to optimise database a few times to see if it would resolve the issue, files arent being picked up. As well as that when trying to view any part of the dashboard " There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard"

I have pulled the logs from Plex, im just not sure what is required by yourselves for assistance.

Is there a way to purge the database in its entirety, so it can rebuild?

May I see your log files? You might not need to rebuild at all.

Since you can’t get into the Dashboard normally,

sudo tar cfz /tmp/PlexLogs.tar.gz "/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs"

Attach the PlexLogs.tar.gz here with your next reply.

Plex Media Server Logs_2019-05-20_16-39-42.zip (2.9 MB)

As requeseted. Here are the logs.

To be clear, I can get into the dashboard, just not any of my libraries. I can however still access the management sections.

Not sure if this is correct spot to do so as I am newbie

Currently I have 70 video files loaded into my " other videos’ folder. Only 66 are showing up. I’ve run scan after scan and they still don’t load. Double checked all of the naming conventions properly and still nothing.

What makes it even stranger is when I add to " shared movies’ and " shared tv shows’ that’s fine. I’m holding off adding any new content to this folder until it gets sorted.

Thanks for any help I can get. I’m using Safari as web browser to access that interface .

Probably best that you start your own thread mate.

thanks then. Apologies.

Its cool.
Replying to bump, Above the logs are posted. Though I will be honest, I wouldnt have any issue with having to rebuild the database from scratch, I can leave it going overnight or however long it will take thats not an issue for me.

Replying again to bump and to explain what ive done since.

So, I have now on a few occasions purged everything in PlexMediaServer/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases

And this fixes my issue temporarily but not permanently. Am I deleting the wrong files to fully purge the database of whatever is corrupting it?
