Plex server "Not available outside your network"

Ok so I have been using Plex for years and never had this problem. All of the sudden this past Friday my Plex wont allow remote access. Only “Indirect connection”. I have not changed any settings on my machine or router. I am not very savvy with troubleshooting this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows 10 & is hard wired. Here is what i have tried so far:
restarted machine
Rolled back server version
Confirmed port manually set to 32400
disabled antivirus
disabled firewall
attempting to re-enable remote access.

Please help

It did it AGAIN!! Tried rolling back versions, Restarted box & cycled router.modem. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

yeah i installed it & thats when i lost remote access. Thanks for replying.
