Plex server not connecting after update to OS5 on WDPR4100 (v1.25.1.5286 )

I recently updated myCloud PR4100 to OS5 and had to reinstall Plex. It works fine for awhile. I can see my photos on my devices (laptop, phone, TV, etc) The issue is the server loses connection in about 24 hours. I try the retry connection and nothing. I uninstall and then reinstall and it immediately reconnects and is fine… again though for about 24 hrs.
Any suggestions would be great.
This is like this on v v1.25.1.5286 as well as the v1.23.

you need to go into an appropriate category like Plex Media Server first to see the New Topic button. I have moved this for you

probably need to see the server logs from when it cannot be connected to.

So when the server is not connected there is no way to retrieve logs… the ‘Manage’ area is not available. I have attached logs of when I have updated and it has worked not sure if their is history in those logs prior to that to see

Just thought I would share that I found online a possible solution. v1.20.4.3508 seems to keep the server connected. It has stayed connected more than 24 hrs. Previously it hadn’t stayed connected that long after the upgrade to OS5.
