Plex server not recognizing correct show OR split between multiple shows

Attempting to distinguish between Star Trek shows. Plex server is showing ‘Star Trek: The Original Series’.
In reality, there’s Star Trek: Discovery as well as Star Trek: Picard.
Shows are fairly simple in their locations:
D:\Entertainment\TV Shows\Star Trek\Discovery\Season 1
&
D:\Entertainment\TV Shows\Star Trek\Picard\Season 1

Plex is only showing 15 shows for the ‘Star Trek’, so it’s only showing (and playing) shows for Discovery, but not recognizing it.

I have done the .nfo trick and it’s not working putting the following in the ‘Picard’ folder (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8806524/) and this also the ‘Season 1’ for Picard folder.

I attempted to do the same with Discovery to no avail. I’ve also gone through the effort of trying to rename the files so that the program would be forced to try and rediscover them and it instantly only recognizes TOS and not anything else.

I’ve also tried to bring 1 show in, then fix the ‘Metadata’ and ‘Fix Match’ the show, however it only fixes one show and instantly files the other show under the other one and makes it a ‘duplicate’.

I’m at my wits end trying to get this to work correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot use arbitrary subfolders in a TV show library.
Get rid of the additional grouping folder “Star Trek”.

So they can’t both be in their own personal directory under a common theme? They’re both in a ‘Star Trek’ folder because they’re both Trek shows.
The server / program can’t see they’re different?

Plex is very picky when it comes to naming of tv shows.
As I said: no arbitrary/additional subfolder levels.

Correct:

D:\Serien\Star Trek (1966)
D:\Serien\Star Trek The Next Generation (1987)

Wrong:

D:\Serien\Star Trek\Original Series
D:\Serien\Star Trek\TNG
