Plex server not recognizing TV Series

Hi have the following directory structure (simplified)

Show Series/Downloaded/Loki (2021) {tmdb-84958}/Season 01/Loki (2021) - s01e05 - Journey Into Mystery.mkv
Show Series/Downloaded/Halo (2022) {tmdb-52814}/Season 01/Halo (2022) - s01e01 - Contact.mkv
Show Series/Downloaded/Peacemaker (2022) {tmdb-110492}/Season 01/Peacemaker (2022) - s01e02 - Best Friends For Never.mkv
…
…

“Halo” is not being recognized at all. But "Peacemaker ", “Loki”, etc., show up without issues. This is across all clients, web, nvidia shield pro, etc.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Which folder is added to the TV show library?

Given the file structure in your post, it should be Downloaded, not Show Series.

Plex does not support placing an additional folder between the root folder of the library and the TV show folder.

The folder added is “Show Series”

It does not explain why “Peacemaker” and “Loki” are working though.

Which log file would show the error as to why its not adding it in? Or what level of logging can I turn to troubleshoot this?

You got lucky. Repoint the library to Downloaded.
