Plex server not recording any episodes of series

I have been struggling with my plex server recording a series successfully then suddenly stopping. The server says it’s recording but no new episodes show in the library. I have updated server version to the above noted version, rebooted server, edited this show (Jeopardy) in the library to record new and repeat airings, to keep all episodes, and record from specific station (36 KXAN Austin TX), and time (4PM).

I was able to get a screenshot of Plex recording the show, and downloaded logs as it was recording and also logs once recording had ended.

Any help would be appreciated. I do not understand which logs to review or what to look for in the logs - any help explaining that to me would be welcome - or any fixes.

I apologize for not being very knowledgeable. I am not a programmer, so specific instructions would be helpful.

Update is that the show episode where I captured the logs is showing in my library. I’ll update if it does record or not record tomorrows episode. I still would appreciate any insight into how to read the logs. Someone mentioned in the forum a “garbage dump” and I didn’t understand how to find that in windows file explorer. Thanks!
