Plex Server not seeing network shares (DROBO NAS)

I am looking for some insight and assistance. I am running PLEX Server on Intel PC with Windows Home (versions and descriptions below). Supporting the PLEX, I run some Drobo NAS that provides storage for the PLEX using SMB 1.0. Until just recently, everything was running correctly, just the other day the PLEX Server quit seeing the network mappings. The hosting Windows PC sees and interacts normally but the PLEX server on the hosting PC cannot see or interact with the NAS. I review the PLEX Settings and everything seems to be correct. I uninstalled and reinstalled PLEX Server with no apparent change.

Does anyone have any insights on what happened and how to fix it.
