Plex server not starting after last update

I got a notification a couple of days ago that a new version was available and I updated that night. Since then Plex hadn’t come back up. The last message still updating the database. Now it is just spinning. Any thoughts on what is going on?

On the mac in question what does http://127.0.0.1:32400/web show?
