I’ve been running plex on my own server for a while now. It always worked perfectly.
Since the server has an i5 processor, I’ve always been able to watch at least one movie with transcoding. Which is needed I’ve I want to watch it with the plex application on phone or tablet.
But a while back the transcoding stopped working, after an update. Ever since I’ve not been able to watch most of my movies and series with the app.
At first I thought i’dd wait for an update, but after 4 new versions the problem still persists.
I didn’t change any settings.
If I start a stream from the app, I see the transcoding task appear on the server. Only it doesn’t seem to do anything, like it doesn’t even start.
Since plex refused to help me personally, I’m hoping someone can help me this way.

Annoying, sinse it has been wrong in all updates since June last year.
I’m using an plugin on my own server running uraid. I’ll have to check if I can find a previous version of the plugin.
