After my lasted update on mac, the Plex server app doesn’t open. I have tried to do it with the site but it never finds my computer. I have downloaded the latest plex but still nothing. When I try launching the app, all it does is blink once at the status bar on my mac. I am at a loss. I will switch to something else if no resolve. It’s been weeks.

I open from Browser bookmark ( Chrome) https://app.plex.tv/desktop
Rather than the Top Menu bar or Dock option.
10.14.3 . I just wiped all my libraries and content, reloaded my server, and it’s booted up and categorizing now. Probably will run most of the night.
Probably only needed to Rebuild/ Repair your database.

The corrupt db repair did not work, and the chevron would not come up either. Had to start over. It’s rebuilding the library db’s as I write, and the dashboard will not come up, so none of the apps see it.
