Plex Server not working

Running Plex Server Version#: 1.41.5.9626 on a Synology

I cant not access my Plex media from a mobile device, or any device outside my local network, without paying fir a Remote Watch Pass subscription, even though I paid for a lifetime subscription on my phone a decade ago. (Same for my wife, and others) What’s changed in Plex Media Server?

Do you have a separate account with a Plex Pass membership? At least the one you’re using to post doesn’t Seenot be linked to a Plex Pass membership.

Or are you referring the one-time app activation? That’s not a Plex Pass membership. But if you had that, Plex will give you an extended 3-month remote watch pass.

Or did you just pay the $5 fee that allowed remote streaming via the phone?

It was supposed to be a lifetime Plex Pass membership. Though, to be honest, I don’t even know how I would check it or confirm it

Any idea how much you paid? Normally when you have a Plex Pass your name has the Plex Pass note next to it, like mine does.
