Plex server offline or unreachable

Hi there. I know looks like it has to be in the forum, but sorry, I haven’t found it and I am really getting frustrated (spent couple of days with it now).
My setup: WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra, plex installed (no antivirus) all fine, plex account exists logged at the server/network config I’ve set up List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth for my TV. The telly is Hisense. Router D-Link (wifi and ethernet available to the devices). At the TV after successful logging to the account it says the classical Server is offline or unreachable go to the …/noserver page. Everything definitely on one network, physically plugged into one router, checked the IPs - the first three octets are the same and so are the subnet masks, I configured at the router DHCP reservation for the server to make sure the address stays the same, tried to reset the server for many times, tried to log out/and in on the server and the TV client side like 100000 times. On the PC this works. Went through it, went through forums, went through web, went through youtube, tried to figure it out myself, but nothing worked so far. Any help higly appreciated, thanks!

I faced exactly the same issue and I’m struggling with it to figure out some other approach. Everything you’ve described as a steps, I’ve done too, but nothing helps to resolve it and I still can’t connect on my plex server on the laptop via my Samsung 4K TV.
TV - Samsung UE40MU6172
LAPTOP - ASUS N56V Win7 (plex server)
Connection - WiFI
Network - Local Home

Please, let me know if you’ve found some how to workaround the problem. I will greatly appreciate any support on it.

I have the same problem. Can’t find any solutions either.

Same problem, server unreachable on Roku Tv. Have Apple Tv on other TV plex server is fine. was connecting to Roku Tv. Have sign out/in, uninstall app and reinstalled nothing has work. All other steaming works, just plex not reachable. Please let me know if anyone finds a fix.
