Plex Server on Macdoes not show all directories on hard drive

I just bought a new MacBook Air and loaded a new copy of Plex Server on it. While on the Mac desktop I can click on the drive and see all 238 directories (tv shows) but, when I open the Plex server and add the hard drive it only shows 122 directories. I used to run the server on an older Plex server and had not problems. I have not changed anything on the drive. I have checked all the names and permissions and everything checks out. Could it be this new version of the Plex?
