Plex server on Shield - 4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR) transcoding doesn't work on any device

Hello,

I can’t read 4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR) movies on my web player. Same problem on my mobile phone android. It seems that my server can’t transcode this format. I only can play these files when I have the possibility to choose “original quality” in the player options. Does somebody know if this problem comes from the last update of the plex server on my shield ? I can’t find similar recent issues on forums online…
