Plex Server on Synology NAS "Double-NAT" Issue - No Remote Connection

NAS: Synology DS418 (DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3)
Plex Server Version : 1.18.1.1973
Plex Player Version : 4.8.3?

I have read every post and forum trying to figure this out. I installed Plex on my new Synology 4 Bat NAS and it was working as I transferred my media to it. Within a few hours it has locked up and has been broken for weeks. I can’t get access outside my network no matter what I try. I have the port forwarded on my Unifi Controller / USG correctly (per the forum) and this stupid thing will turn green and tell me that Im connected and then after 3 seconds it turned red talking about the “double NAT” issue and I have no connection. Is there anyone out there that can either slap me and show me what simple step I’m missing or tell me its an actual issue… Please.

May I see the actual logs (recreate as necessary) please?

The errors you post and the screenshots are not related.

Well… Im not sure what you’re looking for but I copied a RAW log and retried to connection. I hope this helps. I also am not getting blocked when connecting securely.

You have your Gateway (192.168.1.1) behind another router or on another LAN (corporate?) at 10.157.76.64

PMS cannot automatically migrate through this because it can’t issue UPNP calls to the router at 10.157.76.64

This means you will need to go into it, manually port forward from there to the 192.168.1.1 router and then into PMS.
