I can see a crash report was generated by the Plex Media Server breakpad crash reporting module - file identifer: 58b6fcee-9cec-4493-a4fe-0f25c3804272
So you do now have a CrashDumps folder in the LocalAppData folder like this
and also the regedit - as here
If you have, was windows rebooted adding this registry key?
I would like us to get a windows dmp file for this crash to see if there is more info than what we have from the Plex Media Server generated crash report files
