I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue for over a year where Plex on my QNAP NAS becomes unavailable. The only way to get it back online is to manually stop and restart the Plex server service. This didn’t happen when I was running Plex on my older QNAP TS-453A, so I suspect it may be hardware or OS-related. I’ve also been on top of the updates as they come out but they do not resolve the issue.
I’m unsure which logs are most relevant, but I’ve attached the most recent one—captured around 5–10 minutes after I noticed Plex had gone offline. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this or identify the root cause would be greatly appreciated.
If it also helps, the plex DB is running on 2 M.2 Crucial 1TB drives in a RAID1 and the status shows good.
