Plex server settings access

I’m trying to access Plex Server from My Home Cloud from Western Digital, but when I hit “Settings”, it will end on a endless loop.
Recently I lost connection to My Home Cloud from Plex. It was running smoothly a few days ago. Haven’t change anything, just stopped working.

Any help, please?
